Our new 'Winter Warmers Pack' project supports vulnerable service users from our Accommodation Gateway service to prepare for and cope with winter by letting them choose from a ‘pick and mix’ list of items, essential to keep them warm and well in their own homes and when they are out and about in the cold winter weather.
