Client Voice

Do you any have ideas about things we could improve on within our services? Then why not join our Client Voice panel, share your views and help us make decisions.

If you use any of the services within the Inspire North group, including those provided by Community Links, Foundation or our Dementia Hubs, then we want to hear from you.

The Client Voice Panel is a place for clients who use any of the services provided by us to share their views on how our organisation is run and make sure that we’re working to address any issues and resolve any complaints.

What does it involve?
The Client Voice Panel meeting will be held online once every three months and will last no longer than an hour and a half. 

What’s in it for me?
This is your chance to make recommendations as to how we can improve, you can gain confidence and learn new skills.

How do I get involved?
