Live Well Leeds is a new community mental health support service run by Touchstone, Community Links and Leeds Mind. The service supports those with mild to moderate mental health needs within the Leeds area.

This wellbeing service provides flexible, supportive responsive housing support to familiies in York. It is a partnership between Community Links and Changing Lives.
The service is run in partnership with Changing Lives and is a ‘whole-family’ approach to housing support in York. The service looks to identify all the barriers to success within the entire family dynamic.
This service is run in partnership with Carers Leeds and provides a universal wellbeing support service to people in Leeds living with younger-onset dementia (under the age of 65), their families and carers.
