We’re recruiting!
Our newly restructured Intermediate Hostels provide exceptional support to men and women aged 18+ with moderate to severe mental health issues, dual diagnosis, or personality disorders. We provide recovery-focused support in a therapeutic environment.
This is an amazing opportunity for a highly motivated individual who can play a leading role in transforming our Leeds based Intermediate residential services in preparation for re-tendering. As an experienced manager of mental health services, you will have a proven track record in negotiating contracts, implementing and delivering services to a high standard, and building and maintaining positive partnership working.
You will have excellent organisational skills and the ability to support colleagues to embrace and embed change, whilst continuing to deliver the existing service to a high standard
