We are looking to employ an enthusiastic and innovative individual for our ARMS pathway. The ARMS pathway works with people in the age range 14 – 35, and you would be joining a creative and thriving team that includes clinical/counselling psychology, CBT and systemic therapy.

The postholder will be contributing to the assessment of people who may be suitable for the pathway, and liaising with and working alongside people from the ARMS team and wider Aspire service. You will also care coordinate a limited number of people, in addition to providing individual, systemic and group-based therapeutic interventions.

Service development will be a key element of the role, and we would like someone who would be proactive in engaging and working with different communities, faith organisations, educational and statutory/non-statutory settings to identify potential referrals and acknowledge and address potential barriers of certain communities in accessing services.

This position would be an excellent opportunity to develop an area of special interest and expertise. We are looking for applicants with a strong desire to work with people who express unshared and apparently unusual distressing experiences, and an ability to be a leader within the service.

Community Links is an ambitious, forward-thinking organisation which aims to provide high quality services, adhering to the principles of best practice, promoting equal opportunities and working positively with diversity.
The successful candidate should hold a full UK driving license and have access to a vehicle for work purposes.
