We are looking for energetic and inspiring people to join our CFO Activity Hubs service
Funded by the Ministry of Justice and European Social Fund, the Activity Hub service launched in June 2021 and is already looking to expand.
We are based within the Leeds Hub; you will work alongside an experienced team to deliver activities and interventions designed to support rehabilitation and resettlement.
Responsibilities will include –
• delivering engaging and lifechanging activities and interventions
• working one to one and in groups with people to provide support and advice
• providing support and guidance to access services and external interventions
• liaising with other agencies and support services to produce positive outcomes
