Are you passionate about the provision of exceptional support to people who are at risk of re-offending following release and those serving community sentences?
We are looking for an energetic and creative Activity Group Worker to join our new and exciting regional Activity Hub service, working in partnership with The Growth Company.
The Activity Group Worker will be responsible for activities and groups and supporting clients to achieve their outcomes. The role involves working with the Support Workers to provide support and guidance to access services and interventions to assist clients to realise their own aspirations.
To excel in this role you will need to have experience of working with people who may have multiple and complex needs, have excellent communication skills and have a creative approach to working with people.
