We are looking for a collaborative, motivated and committed individual to join our team as a Mental Health support Coordinator.
Live Well Leeds is a community based mental health service who provide support to people aged 18+.
In this role you will carry a caseload of clients where you will provide flexible, supportive, caring, and responsive interventions to service users through one-one work and group support. This will involve co-producing goal-oriented support plans with service users and reviewing them regularly to maintain and improve the client’s mental health.
You will have exceptional Interpersonal skills as you will be the first point of contact for queries, questions, and drop-ins as we are an open access service.
As the Mental Health Support Coordinator, you will have experience of providing 1:1 support to people who are experiencing difficulties with their mental health.
This role requires you to have access to a car for work purposes and hold a full current UK driver’s license.
