Bradford Dementia Hub

Bradford Dementia Hub is delivered by Community Links in partnership with Khidmat Centres and Bradford Bulls. It offers an information and advice service for anyone, of any age, living in Bradford concerned about their memory, living with dementia, and their carers, families and friends.

Bradford Dementia Hub is commissioned and funded by Bradford Metropolitan District Council and launched in July 2023. This follows the success of three other dementia services in Community Links; Calderdale Dementia Hub, Kirklees Dementia Hub and Young Dementia Leeds.

Offering an accessible and inclusive service is at our core. We aim to reach diverse communities including the South Asian, Indian, Middle Eastern, and Eastern European, ensuring our support is culturally appropriate and tailored to the individual’s support needs.

Information and Advice:

We offer information and advice throughout your dementia journey. We will support you whilst you wait for a diagnosis and guide you to the best support services that can meet your needs. We can also help you with forms and sorting council tax and or any other benefits.

Appointments:

We offer one to one appointments with you and your loved ones. Appointments can be at a community session, on the phone, on at your home.

Community Sessions:

You can come to an information session held within the community.
