Customer Service Excellence Assessment 2021

We are delighted to share with you the results of our 2021 Customer Service Excellence assessment at Community Links.

17 of our services participate annually in this rigorous quality audit, which assesses our achievements and continuous improvement in five quality areas: Customer Insight, The Culture of the Organisation, Information and Access, Delivery, and Timeliness and Quality of Service. Our particularly robust response to the COVID crisis was highlighted.

We achieved compliance in all 57 areas, with 15 areas achieving Compliant Plus.

Thank you, and well done, to all of our participating services, clients and stakeholders! This has been a particularly challenging time during the COVID pandemic, but we have adapted to build on our successes and increase our number of Compliant Plus areas. We will, as always, be putting in place plans for continuous improvement.
