Helpful Relaxation Exercises
Louise, our Aspire Dramatherapist, has recorded some material to help you relax at home.
Give yourself permission to do nothing. Ask others in your home not to disturb you. Find a comfortable place to sit or lie down and listen to something from our menu below.

With more time we can learn what makes us feel good in our bodies. Clients say this exercise really helps with grounding themselves. Keep some paper and a pen next to you to record anything you notice, so that you can tell your care coordinator.
