We are on the hunt for dynamic and passionate people to join us in our innovative venture of Social Prescribing across Leeds.
We need great people to achieve our vision and are actively seeking Wellbeing Coordinators to make it all happen.
Working in partnership we are looking for energetic and highly motivated individuals to join the wider consortium to promote and deliver this unique service.
As a member of the Linking Leeds team you will make a real difference to the lives of others. You will be a keen advocate of the benefits of supporting people with health and social care needs accessing primary care service to access support in their community by linking them to a network of groups and activities; enabling them to have improved health and wellbeing.
You will have relevant experience, be an effective communicator with a passion for excellence in your professional field. It’s essential is that you love what you do. We want you to enjoy coming to work every day and to care about your job, your colleagues and our service users.
There are a variety of hours on offer from 18.5 to 37 per week and office locations span across the north of the city for one of the following organisations, Community Links, Barca, Leeds Mind and Age UK.
