Are you an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about the provision of exceptional support for people who have mental health issues?

Our Live Well Leeds service is community based. We ensure that adults struggling with their mental health can access a variety of support options, including drop-in sessions, group work, peer support, and a befriending service.

As our Team Leader you will oversee the day-to-day management of a team of Mental Health Support workers, ensuring that both client and staff welfare needs are met. Management of staff training & development plans will be key to ensuring that service objectives and outcomes are achieved.

In addition to your daily responsibilities you will be tasked with preparing weekly and monthly management reports in preparation for your attendance at meetings with key stakeholders and strategic partners.

Pivotal to success in this role is your ability to continually develop the service offering, ensuring that clients are receiving the best possible levels of service.
