Join us in this exciting role as a Support Time Recovery Worker within Aspire. The post holder will participate in the provision of community based care to clients aged 14-65, experiencing a first episode of psychosis.

Your role will be to work within a multi-disciplinary team supporting Care Coordinators with their caseload in the Community Team delivered by Community Links.

You will provide support and give time to an allocated group of clients and aim to promote Recovery within a community setting. You will carry out a pivotal role in helping us achieve our service objectives.

This role will require you to be both empathetic towards client’s individual needs and capable of focusing on client assets, promoting positive outcomes and helping define their personal goals

As a Support Time Recovery Worker, you will be someone who will work collaboratively, is keen, inspiring, open minded and most importantly you will be yourself.
