We’re looking for a dynamic, highly motivated individual to join our multi-disciplinary team as an Senior Occupational Therapist.

Aspire is an Early Intervention in Psychosis Service, providing holistic care coordination to people between the ages of 14 – 65 who are, or may be, experiencing their first episode of psychosis.

There are two main duties of the role. Firstly, to manage the Recovery Team; delivering social recovery within aspire. Ensuring that all established systems and processes are adhered to and that supervision is delivered in a skilled and thoughtful manner.

Secondly, to complete highly specialised OT focused clinical work as co-worker alongside the aspire Care-Coordinators. This will involve complex cases of occupational deprivation, vocational rehabilitation and occupationally focused formulation.

The ability to be creative and flexible is a must, along with the ability to build positive therapeutic relationships. Most importantly you will be dedicated to going the extra mile by providing high quality and innovative services.

The successful candidate must possess a full UK driving licence and have access to a car for work purposes.
