We are thrilled to be recruiting to our Connect Peer Support Service in Leeds and Calderdale.

Working in partnership with Leeds and York Partnership NHS Trust (LYPFT), our dedicated peer support workers will work within Connect, LYPFT’s new community service across West Yorkshire and Calderdale to treat adults with eating disorders.

Connect is a flexible and innovative community service which aims to meet and treat the needs of individuals with an eating disorder in their own environment

If you are dynamic, highly motivated and believe your skills can add to the development of our Peer Support Service then we would like to hear from you.

The peer support workers will act as recovery champions working with service users strengths and personal goals to manage their mental health and enable them to define, build and live independent and satisfying lives.
