We are thrilled to be recruiting to our Changes Peer Support Service in Kirklees

The aim of the role is to promote an accessible service based on an individual’s needs to deliver a comprehensive, time limited care package to achieve defined goals, negotiated via the peer support relationship.

The peer support workers will act as recovery champions working with service users strengths and personal goals to manage their mental health issues, reduce offending behaviours and increase independence to enable them to define, build and live independent and satisfying lives.
