We are looking for an empathetic and creative individual with excellent communication skills to join our Aspire Team as a Peer Support Worker.

The role of Peer Support Worker is an exciting new addition to the service. As a Peer Support Worker you will work in the Early Intervention in Psychosis team and will participate in the provision of community-based care to clients aged 14 -65, experiencing a first episode of psychosis.

The focus of this post is to support individuals in a group and 1:1 setting, using lived experience of psychosis to enhance care and facilitate recovery. Additionally, the Peer Support Worker will be an ambassador for clients at all levels of service design.

You must have lived experience of psychosis to apply for the role. Good communications skills and the ability to build rapport will ensure your success.

A full UK driving license and access to a car for work purposes is also essential for this role.
