Personality Disorder Housing and Resettlement Caseworker

£31,365 – £37,890 per annum pro rata
22.5 hours per week
Are you passionate about the provision of exceptional support to people who are at risk of re-offending following release?
We are looking for an energetic Housing and Resettlement Caseworker to join our Personality Disorder Offender Service, working in partnership with the National Probation Service (NPS) and Leeds and York partnership foundation trust (LYPFT), working within MAPPA frameworks for those leaving criminal justice services
To excel in this role you will need to have experience of working with people with a diagnosis of or traits consistent with Anti-Social Personality Disorder to help to facilitate housing and resettlement pathways for individuals.
