We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Assistant Psychologist to join the Bridging the Gap Team
Bridging the Gap PD Services provide psycho-social interventions for male and female service users with personality difficulties who are screened into the Offender Personality Disorder Pathway. We are seeking to recruit an experienced, enthusiastic and highly motivated Psychologist from a Clinical, Forensic or Counselling Psychology background.
A subsidiary of Community Links which is part of the Inspire North Group, Bridging the Gap is commissioned as an Intensive Intervention and Risk Management Service (IIRMS) in the York, North Yorkshire and Humberside areas. This post is a unique opportunity to contribute to the shape and development of an IIRMS team, working with partners within the OPD Pathway.
The Post Holder is responsible for providing a flexible, effective and responsive service on behalf of Bridging The Gap Services, working in partnership with the Probation Service and wider Offender Health providers
They will be required to provide consultation, advice, training and support to staff working with clients who have diagnosis or presenting characteristics of Personality Disorder
You will work as part of the multi-disciplinary clinical team, providing specialist psychological input.
