We are looking for an energetic, highly organised, customer focused individual to join our friendly aspire service as an Admin Assistant.
As an Admin Assistant you’ll have a varied and exciting job supporting the Brain in Hand Coordinator, as well as providing 1:1 support to customers. Acting as the first point of contact you will promote and support those who experience mental health struggles to engage with technology in the form of our Brain in Hand App, to create independence and lasting confidence, as well as working with the team to ensure the smooth running of the office.
If you enjoy a buzz; Have a passion for technology and how this can support interventions and mental health, have excellent customer service skills; can plan and organise your own workload and have good communications skills this could be your ideal job. You’ll also need a good working knowledge of MS Office including Word and Excel.
