We are on the hunt for a dynamic and passionate person to join our team as a Team Leader.
This role is part of Our Way Leeds (OWL), delivered by a consortia of service providers we provide housing related support to young people aged 16 – 25. As a member of the team you will make a real difference to the lives of young people who come from a variety of backgrounds and face many challenges.
You will be responsible for managing a team who will deliver on the provision of pre-tenancy, dispersed supported housing and move-on support for young people.
You will have experience working with challenging young people and of providing a housing management service in a supported housing setting or similar. You will have knowledge of the issues affecting young people living in care and at risk of homelessness.
