We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual, who has a methodical yet creative approach to working with people with complex mental health needs, as well as the skills and qualities to act as a role model for other members of the team.

Oakwood Hall is a residential care home working with Service Users whose complex mental health support needs cannot be accommodated by other services; often leading to exclusion and difficulties in engagement.

A demonstrable commitment to working with clients will stand you in good stead. You will have a flexible and imaginative approach to working with people living with complex mental health needs and possess a thorough understanding of therapeutic risk.

We welcome applications from newly qualified and soon-to-qualify RMN candidates. A full preceptorship programme will be offered where appropriate, delivered in collaboration with Leeds and York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust.
