Listed below are the members of the Senior Management Team of Community Links, based at Regents Court, and their core duties and responsibilities. By clicking on the relevant name, you will be able to contact the person by e-mail.
Chief Executive – Jon Woolmore
Responsible for management of all staff and services of Community Links through the Director of Planning and Development, Director of Residential Services, Director of Resources, Director of Housing and Home Support Services and Director for Diversity and Human Resources Policy.
Director of Planning and Development – John Anderson
Accountable for strategic and operational planning, strategy in the areas of service development and public relations, securing and commissioning new developments and public relations practice.
Operational Director – Ruth Kettle
Accountable for strategy in the areas of service quality, risk assessment and management and for the line management of Oakwood Hall manager, Intermediate hostels manager (Octavia House and Alexander House), hostels manager (Brigid House and The Maltings), CLASS manager,On-TRAK manager, Dual Diagnosis manager, PD Accommodation Support Manager, and Pathway Development Service team manager.
Operational Director – Andy WardAccountable for strategy for staff motivation, appraisal and supervision; staff training, service user involvement. Line Management of Housing Support service manager, Community Links mental health service manager, aspire (early intervention) manager, IAPT manager and Mental Health First Aid manager.
Director of Finance and Corporate Admin – John Clark
Accountable for strategy for and functional management of finance, property acquisition and management, human resources, salaries, health and safety at work, information including strategic development of information and communications technology, and purchasing. Line management of Administration Manager and Finance Manager.
Director for Diversity and Human Resources Policy – Donna Gooby
Accountable for strategy and policy development in the areas of diversity, equal opportunities and positive action in both service provision and human resources; for overseeing the implementation, promotion, monitoring and review of policy in these areas; and for strategy and policy development in corporate aspects of human resources management.
Also based at Regents Court and responsible to the Director of Finance and Corporate Administration, the Corporate Administration Manager and Finance Manager head up two teams giving centralised support to all areas of the organisation.
