Wyther Park Hill

Welcome to Wyther Park Hill
Wyther Park Hill is a small house in Bramley providing shared living for people with mental health needs as a stepping stone between large hostel or hospital accommodation and independent living.
The hostel is staffed 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday with its own worker. The rest of the time the house is unsupervised.

The support offered to each client varies according to need but, broadly speaking, offers a service for people who require:
A period of stability to help them think through and decide on their long term accommodation and support needs.
Assistance to learn to cope or deal with personal problems that reduce their chance to live successfully by themselves.
Help with developing practical domestic skills, for example budgeting, shopping, cooking.
Time to adjust to a less supported situation and a chance to develop the confidence to cope with the move into self-contained accommodation.
